Pasture Raised Poultry

Our chickens and turkeys are raised outside on pasture. A varied diet which includes greens, seeds and bugs makes for happy healthy tasty birds. Broilers are housed in mobile pens that move every day, ensuring they are consistently on fresh clean grass. Our birds are never de-beaked or given antibiotics.

Broilers are available November thru June. The best way to get some of our birds is to pick them up from the farm on processing day. This will allow you to get the best price and availability. Birds picked up from the farm are 3.75$ per lb. and average around 4.5 - 5.5 lbs. Please follow the links below to download an order form to reserve your birds today!

Any birds left over after pre-orders get frozen and are available for pickup at the Lake Wales Downtown Farmers Market, or available for delivery. The price of these birds is 4.25$ per lb. Please see below for delivery options, and prices for cut up birds.

Our heritage breed turkeys are available for pickup the Sunday before Thanksgiving, the price is 8$ per lb. they average about 10-15 lbs. Please follow the link below to download an order form.

Whole chicken

Whole chicken, frozen. Average weight 4.5-5.5 lb. feel free to specify a preferred weight.

Whole chicken, cut up

A whole chicken, frozen, vacuum sealed. Cut up into eight pieces, boneless breasts, backs removed. Average weight 3-4 lbs.

Half chicken

Half chicken, frozen, vacuum sealed. Cut into 4 pieces, boneless breast. Average weight 1.5-2 lb.

Boneless breasts

Boneless breasts, frozen, vacuum sealed. Average weight .75-1.5 lb.

Dark quarters

Leg and thigh attached, frozen, vacuum sealed. Average weight 1-2 lb.

Thighs

Delivery info/order form

We are currently working on refining our delivery routs and schedule. We are planning on servicing Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties. Possibly venturing into highlands, Hardee and Manatee as well. If you would like a delivery please just contact us and we will work it out. Please be patient as we figure out where demand is and get routs planned. If you live in those counties we will make it happen one way or another.

Our delivery fee is 5$ for orders under 50$, and free delivery on orders over that amount. Feel free to pool orders with your neighbors to get the fee waived!

We will also announce when we are planning deliveries to particular areas on our Facebook page, so give us a like for up to date delivery options.
